When you obtain a Hobbybrew gas cylinder, you'll pay for two things: the cylinder deposit and the gas fill. The cylinder deposit is a one-off, refundable payment for the cylinder itself, while the gas fill covers the gas contained inside.
Once your cylinder is empty, simply exchange it for a full one and only pay for the gas refill. If you no longer require the cylinder, it can be returned and your deposit reclaimed, subject to Hobbybrew's terms and conditions.
