Description
The 2.4mm ER 316L TIG Filler Weld Star Pack 5Kg is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire with a low carbon content designed to minimise the risk of intergranular carbide precipitation during welding. This improves resistance to intergranular corrosion without the use of stabilising elements such as niobium or titanium. The addition of molybdenum enhances corrosion resistance and provides improved creep resistance in halide-containing environments, making ER316L suitable for demanding industrial applications.
