Square Pan Chipboard Screw DIN 7505 Solo Zinc Plated
Manufactured to DIN 7505, these square drive pan head chipboard screws are single thread woodscrews designed for use in a wide range of timbers and man-made boards. They can also be used for fixings into masonry when installed with a suitable plastic wall plug. The zinc plated finish provides corrosion protection for general internal applications.
The pan head with square recess improves clamping performance and drive control, while the wax lubricated finish enhances insertion speed, reduces driving torque and improves resistance to corrosion. A 40° deep single thread delivers strong pull out resistance, and the sharp 25° point ensures a fast start with excellent thread acceptance. Screws up to and including 75 mm are fully threaded, with longer lengths featuring a 70 mm thread.
