When you obtain a Cutting Gas cylinder, you'll pay for two things: the cylinder deposit and the gas fill. The cylinder deposit is a one-off, refundable payment for the cylinder itself, while the gas fill covers the cutting gas contained inside.
Once your cylinder is empty, simply exchange it for a full one and only pay for the gas refill. If you no longer require the cylinder, it can be returned and your deposit reclaimed, subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
