The 1.2mm ER 308L-T0 MIG Wire Weld Star Dual Core Pack 15Kg is a rutile flux cored stainless steel welding wire designed for gas-shielded arc welding of austenitic stainless steels. Classified as AWS A5.22 E308LT0-1 / E308LT0-4, it produces a low carbon 19% chromium and 9% nickel weld deposit offering excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical properties. Featuring exceptional resistance to moisture pick-up, the wire delivers attractive bead appearance, very good penetration and excellent radiographic quality. Optimised for flat and horizontal welding positions, the precision layer wound wire ensures smooth and consistent feedability for high productivity stainless steel fabrication applications.
