Description
The 1.2mm ER 316L-T1 MIG Wire Weld Star Dual Core Pack 15Kg is a rutile flux cored stainless steel welding wire designed for gas-shielded arc welding of molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. Classified as AWS A5.22 E316LT1-1 / E316LT1-4, it produces a low carbon 19% chromium, 12% nickel and 3% molybdenum weld deposit that provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Specifically developed for out-of-position welding, this wire delivers attractive bead appearance, automatic slag release, very good penetration and excellent radiographic quality. Precision layer winding ensures reliable wire feeding and high productivity across demanding stainless steel fabrication applications.
