Description
The 1.0mm HF600 Hardfacing MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 15Kg is a copper coated high alloy solid hardfacing wire manufactured to EN ISO 14700 S Fe 8 and DIN 8555 MSG 6-GZ-60-GP classifications. Designed for hardfacing and overlay applications on carbon and manganese steels, HF600 deposits a martensitic weld metal with excellent abrasion resistance, high toughness and a hardness of approximately 54–60 HRC. The chromium-silicon alloy system provides exceptional wear resistance under conditions of moderate impact and severe abrasion, making it ideal for extending the service life of heavily loaded industrial components. Precision layer wound for smooth wire feeding and consistent welding performance in semi-automatic and automated welding applications.
