The TIMco Long Series HSS Broaching Cutter is designed for fast and accurate hole cutting in structural steel and other ferrous metals where increased cutting depth is required. Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS), these annular cutters provide excellent durability, reliable cutting performance and long service life. Featuring a 50mm cutting depth and supplied complete with a pilot pin, they ensure accurate hole positioning, assist coolant delivery and enable reliable slug ejection. By removing only the material around the hole circumference, they reduce cutting resistance, minimise machine load and improve drilling efficiency. The long series design provides extended cutting capacity, making it ideal for thicker materials and demanding fabrication, engineering and construction applications using magnetic drilling machines.
