The TIMco Short Series HSS Broaching Cutter is designed for fast, accurate hole cutting in structural steel and other ferrous metals. Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS), these annular cutters provide excellent durability, reliable cutting performance and long service life. Featuring a 30mm cutting depth and supplied complete with a pilot pin, they ensure accurate hole positioning, assist coolant delivery and enable reliable slug ejection. By removing only the material around the hole circumference, they reduce cutting resistance, minimise machine load and improve drilling efficiency. Ideal for use with magnetic drilling machines, the short series design is perfect for standard-depth drilling applications in fabrication, engineering and construction environments.
