Description
The 1.0mm Alloy 625 MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 15Kg is a high nickel alloy solid welding wire classified as AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3 and EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6625 (NiCr22Mo9Nb). Developed for welding and cladding nickel-based alloys such as Alloy 625 and similar materials, it produces clean, high-quality welds with excellent ductility and a bright weld appearance. The deposited weld metal offers outstanding mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures, together with excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion. Suitable for service temperatures ranging from cryogenic conditions up to 540°C, this precision layer wound wire delivers reliable feeding and consistent welding performance in demanding industrial environments.
