The Alfra Long Broaching Cutter Pilot Pin is a genuine replacement pilot pin designed for use with compatible Alfra TCT annular cutters. Engineered to provide accurate cutter positioning, smooth drilling performance and reliable slug ejection, it helps ensure optimum cutting efficiency in magnetic drilling applications.
Designed for use with long-series TCT broach cutters with a 50mm cutting depth, the pilot pin accurately centres the cutter before drilling begins and retracts during operation, allowing coolant to reach the cutting edges. Upon completion of the cut, the pilot pin assists with automatic slug ejection for clean and efficient drilling.
