6.0 × 40 Rainwater Screw Black
These black rainwater screws are specifically designed for fixing brackets and clips during the installation of PVCu rainwater systems. When fixing into brickwork, a brown (7 mm) wall plug is required for a secure installation. The black finish provides a neat, discreet appearance when used with black gutters and downpipes.
A corrosion resistant coating allows the screw to withstand up to 1,000 hours salt spray, making it suitable for external use. The 40° deep single thread delivers strong holding power, while the single slash on 25 mm and above reduces driving torque and helps minimise the risk of splitting when fixing close to material edges.
