Description
Stover nuts are an economical hexagon all-metal self-locking nut designed to provide reliable resistance against loosening in demanding applications. The self-locking function is achieved through irregularly shaped threads at the top of the nut, which grip the corresponding bolt threads to deliver a stronger and more secure hold.
Manufactured from high strength Grade 10 carbon steel with a bright zinc plated finish, these nuts offer increased load capability and good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in heavier duty applications and environments where elevated temperatures may be present.
