Description
The 2.4mm ER 317L TIG Filler Weld Star Pack 5Kg is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire designed for welding alloys of similar chemical composition in highly corrosive environments. The low carbon content reduces the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. With a higher molybdenum content than 316L, ER317L provides enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making it well suited to aggressive industrial applications.
