Product Overview

The Jasic MIG 500 Pulse synergic inverter is a powerful multi process welding system designed to deliver exceptional weld quality across a wide range of industrial applications. Combining 500A output with pulse MIG technology, it produces consistent, low spatter welds with excellent arc stability and penetration.

Equipped with advanced IGBT inverter technology and DSP digital control, the machine offers precise parameter adjustment and synergic welding programs for simplified setup. It supports pulsed MIG, MIG/MAG, DC Lift TIG and MMA processes, making it suitable for steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication.

Supplied as a complete industrial package including separate wire feed unit and integrated water cooling system, the MIG 500 Pulse is built for continuous high duty operation, ensuring consistent weld quality during long production runs.
